The load, stroke and speed parameters are nominal values only and must not be exceeded when they are all applied together at their maximum values. In an application where one of the parameters is lower, some of the others may be increased.
It is vital to consult us in applications where values exceed those shown above.
* For the LinkLift R version, the maximum parameters are not cumulables.

Linklift chains are completely enclosed in a steel magazine attached to the drive housing.
The chains are thus protected during installation and storage. Depending on the space available, the standard length of LinkLift magazines was designed in accordance with the length of stroke, you can download drawings.
These magazines may be made-to-measure to suit the space available.
Please consult us for additional information.

Direction of shafts :

Select the direction for output of the shaft from the housing, position A or B, or a double shaft output A+B.
Shaft output position AA
BShaft output position B

Standard options :

  • Reduction gear flange : allows attachment of a reduction gear directly onto the drive housing.
  • Splined shaft : combined with the flange option above, this allows a non-coupling link with the reduction gear.
  • Special length shaft : the shaft is keyed, with a maximum length of 500mm, depending on the transmission system selected.
  • Double shaft output : this option allows the coupling of 2 systems with a remote motor drive.

How to design a LinkLift system :

  1. Check the characteristics you require correspond to the design characteristics of the product e.g. load and stroke.
  2. Check that the total stroke includes the usable stroke + neutral stroke + adjustment stroke.
  3. Define the type of magazine with the result of the question 2
  4. Indicate the direction of the shaft : A or B
  5. Indicate the options e.g. special shaft or reducing gear attachment flange, etc. and attach a drawing if possible

Example:

  • 1 LinkLift 80
  • Stroke : 4500 + 200 + 160 = 4860 mm
  • Magazine : 5000
  • Shaft : A
  • Option : Special keyed shaft + 100 mm

The installation of our products is very simple but must be carried out in conformity to the instructions attached with each delivery.
