up to 21 tons
|
|
The PPS can be mounted to the back
or side of the press. In many cases it is fixed permanently,
but swing-aside and even mobile versions are also
available. Configuration and layout are flexible,
allowing the system to be adapted to virtually any
environment.
- die change time 15mn
- accurate, repeatable positioning
- stroke up to 2,40 m
- built-in safety mechanism using
sensors to monitor movements
- ready for full electric control,
optionally with appropriate switching module

|
| GPO die truck |
up to 12 tons
|
|
The GPO-Trucks are heavy-load lifting
carts with the added capabilities of a rigid chain
system for horizontal transfer positioning. They are
available in a variety of standard models and can
be custom designed to fit individual application needs.
- die change time 15 mn
- many options ans accessories
- accurate, repeatable positioning
- built-in safety mechanism, movements
are monitored via optical sensors
- not sold in the U.S.A.

| TPCH removable
fork-lift attachment |
up to 4 tons
|
|
The TPCH consists of a loading platform
and a rigid chain system. As a whole it can be mounted
easily onto the forks of any type of lift truck. And
it can be removed just as easily when the truck has
to be used otherwise
- die change time 15mn
- very versatile and cost-effective
solution
- allows accurate, repeatable positioning
- increases safety and ease of operation,
as well as efficiency of die Xchange, while keeping
characteristics and functions of the original lift
truck.

MM
|
| MM multipurpose die carts and
trucks |
up to4 tons
|
|
The MM series comprises a variety
of fork-lift trucks, pedestrian and driver controlled,
with motor-driven or manually operated chains. The
common feature in all types is that there is one chain
on each branch of the fork, and each chain can be
operated independently of the other one.
- die change time 15mn
- very flexible movements trough
individually controllable chains
(for example, holding one chain while moving the
other allows turning the load)
- increases safety and ease of operation,
as well as efficiency of die Xchange in general.
